THE BOYLSTON COLLECTION, PART IV This is a wonderful, PQ GEM! Frosty white with hints of pale gold, this is a high end quality coin that was last sold in auction back in 2009. The devices are crisply defined and sharp with all details in Liberty's drapery and eagle's feathers sharp. As you rotate the satiny frosted surfaces in a light, a hint of faint gold bursts out from the pearly white silver surfaces. The eye appeal is quite pleasing. PCGS 24, NGC 15. There are just four graded finer. The most recent example was another Boylston Collection coin that we sold in April 2021 for $3,878. This coin, last sold in 2009, has auction records in the $4,744 to $5,865. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $6,000. There are 3 in MS66+ and one in MS67+ finer.
