A real condition rarity! With just one other graded MS65+ and one in MS66, this lustrous, well struck GEM ranks just under the APEX of the Population Report. A glowing, satin-like frost blooms from all over. Both sides show a soft iridescent tone, likely imparted from long time storage in an old envelope or bank vault. We do note, under strong magnification some microscopic contact on the cheek and some minor toning dots, otherwise, this GEM is essentially flawless and high end. PCGS 8, NGC 11. There are only two in MS65+ with a single coin finer (a sole MS66). The last regular MS65 graded by PCGS sold for $9,775 back in 2010. The other MS65+ is CAC approved and sold for $9,000 in November 2017 and the MS66 is CAC approved and sold for $22,325. Bound for a high ranking Registry Set of $10 Libs. Good luck! Cert.
