详细说明: FROM THE SEATTLE COLLECTION A RARE, R-6+ Pattern Shield nickel, struck in bronze with plain edge, this is a very similar design to the regular issue dies, but there are some slight detail differences, like the positions of the stars on the reverse. Perhaps closer to R-7-, there are 14 coins graded in all designations between PCGS and NGC. This is a very high end looking GEM with boldly reflective fields. Sharply struck devices are accented by a wonderful iridescent hues attesting to the originality and creates a stunning visual allure. What a delight to behold and a very cool coin to expand your Shield nickel set or add to any set of Patterns. PCGS 1, NGC 0, CAC 1. This coin sold in the 2014 ANA auction for $4,406 and the current Collectors Universe value is $4,200. The only one finer in the BN category is the former Eliasberg coin, graded PR66 BN and is now impounded in the Simpson Collection.
