Incredible eye appeal for the toning of deep blue and crimson-gold of the jewel-tone nature on the obverse and reverse. The strike is sharp, and die clashing is minimal. Free of detracting handling marks, and one of the absolute finest seen. NGC has awarded six at this grade level with none seen finer plus another two at the grade level with their Prooflike designation, again none finer technically.
