1940 Lincoln Cent. Proof-65 RD Cameo (PCGS). Bright mint orange surfaces with lightly frosted motifs and highly reflective fields. We note some toning flecks on the reverse at RI in AMERICA, otherwise the in-hand appeal is substantial. Just 15,872 pieces were struck, a tiny number when compared to today's mintage figures.
