- Very scarce Carson City half eagle from a low mintage of 16,980 coins. Remarkably smooth surfaces bathed in pleasing honey-orange patina. Plenty of original luster and only slight high-point friction. Nice! One of the three finest known examples for the date, an AU58, is held in Hansen Collection primary set.
