- FROM THE DR. STEPHEN DAVIDSON COLLECTION A lovely N-10, easily identified by the boldly cracked obverse die that encircles the entire side, connecting all 13 stars and the date. Warmly toned in a rich,steely blue/brown with ample accents of original red that come out when rotated in a light, especially on the reverse. The luster is bold and brilliant, accenting the nicely struck devices and clean, CHOICE surfaces. Free of marks or spots, this coin may be a touch too brown for CAC to approve as an RB, but the eye appeal is bold and highly attractive. PCGS 63, NGC 47. There is a wide range of APRs, but the PCGS Price Guide lists a value of $1,450. A popular early type coin in an affordable, but high grade. Cert. Number 30195264 PCGS # 1601
