THE BOYLSTON COLLECTION, PART V LOVELY, this is a very high end example, as evidenced by the CAC bean! Scarce in this terrific GEM state of preservation. Chiseled design elements are surrounded by rich, satin like surfaces exhibiting thick, frosty luster and brilliance. Under a powerful loupe a couple of small tick marks are seen on Liberty’s body but the fields are amazingly free of abrasions. A blush of apricot-rose-gold on the reverse attests to the originality. PCGS 15, NGC 10, CAC 11. The CAC CPG value is $4,120 and the Collectors Universe value is $3,500. The last one sold for $3,840 in January 2018. VERY RARE finer, with just six graded finer at NGC.
