- The luster exhibits a wonderful "halo" effect sometimes seen on the latest strikes, such that velvety texture within the peripheral stars and lettering diffuses light differently than the broadly lustrous fields, creating a pleasant frame for the design. Extremely well defined with ideal color, although each side displays at least a brief scattering of micro-ticks.
