1866 Liberty Seated Silver Dollar. Motto. Proof-63 (NGC). OH. Visually impressive with frosted motifs and mirrored fields that form a pleasing cameo contrast -- NGC makes no mention of this. Bright silver centers yield quickly to a rich array of deep electric blue and rose. One of 725 proofs of the date struck.  Choice for the grade.
