PCGS sure did not show any 1994 coins any mercy! Exceptional Matte Proof surface are sensationally clean and satiny smooth. Even using a strong glass to look around will yield no problems. There are only two microscopic toning dots to be found. A glowing luster enhances superb shades of GEM ORIGINAL Mint Red/gold/pale green colors that swirl all over. Lincoln and every detail are pinpoint sharp in strike and stand out. The eye appeal is tremendous!...
