With an estimated total mintage of 40 to 50 pieces, only a dozen or so Open 3 variety examples can be accounted for today. The present piece is an exception coin with full mint frost. The coin would almost certainly plus if re-submitted in today's market with an outside shot at a 65 Deep Cameo.
