- 1787 New Jersey Copper. Maris 39-a, W-5195. Rarity-2. No Sprig Above Plow, Outlined Shield. VF-25 (PCGS). Boldly toned deep copper-rose surfaces are microgranular throughout, ancient verdigris in the left reverse field. Minor flan flaws along the lower left obverse border explain the softness both in that area, as well as at the upper left reverse.
