- 1882 Liberty Seated Quarter. Proof-66 * (NGC). Splendid toning and eye appeal for this sparkling Proof date. Deep aqua blue around the rims fades over to rich orange-russet to the centers with a hint of rose intermixed. These glorious colors are present on the obverse and reverse.
