A richly and deeply toned GEM Proof Barber quarter. Flashy mirrored fields beam from below the dappled iridescent toning on both sides. This coin is totally original and very pleasing, we cannot see why this beauty did not bean at CAC; the eye appeal is excellent. Only 762 Proofs were struck. PCGS 33, NGC 33. The most recent example to sell in auction realized $1,116 in September 2016 and prior to that, you have to go back to September 2011 to find another example.
