CYPRUS. 45 Piastres, 1928. NGC MS-65. Prid-1; KM-19. Struck in 0.925 (Sterling) silver unlike Crowns struck in Britain for George V which were only 0.500 fine and hence not nearly as attractive. A great example with blistering white luster and fields nearly completely free of marks or abrasions. A hint of tone along the edges adds to the character of this sensational Gem example. Estimate: $500 - $700.
