- 1860 Liberty Seated Dime. MS-66 (PCGS). Crescents of vivid cobalt blue and pale gold iridescence arcs around the peripheries of this otherwise pinkish-silver example. The 1860 is popular as the first Philadelphia Mint issue of the Legend Obverse Liberty Seated dime, the present Gem ideally suited for inclusion in a high quality type set.
