详细说明: Well detailed and attractive for the type and grade, most circulated early half cents are porous, dark and totally unattractive. This XF45 is a nice example for the mid-grade type collector, Liberty’s hair curls are fully defined, the wreath is well struck. Both sides display a micro-granularity that is natural to these planchets, and acceptable to the grading services and to collectors. There are no areas of corrosion anywhere, nor are there any serious marks. The chocolate brown fields yield to a slightly mocha tone on the devices. This is the B-1a variety, easily identifiable by the low placement of the date on the obverse and some defects at the AM on the reverse. PCGS 30, NGC 13. The last PCGS coin to sell was September 2015, which had some serious marks on the obverse and had no where near the eye appeal of this one. It realized $4,700. Collector’s Universe has placed a $5,850 value on this grade. This coin will sell for a strong price, keep in mind the price nearly doubles in AU. Certification Number 31973491 PCGS # 1003
