- A beautifully toned piece. The portrait is surrounded by a vibrant royal blue color. Of course the portrait has delicate frost. The reverse has blue by the rims and gold/silver centers. We see no issues or imperfections in the fields. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are fully struck. The eye appeal is pretty! PCGS 28, NGC 11.
