1875-CC Liberty Seated Half Dollar. WB-101, Die Pair WB-5. Rarity-3. MS-63 (NGC). Satiny and bright silver overall save for a dusting of pale russet-gold intermixed on the obverse and reverse. The strike is sharp and the surfaces pleasing for the grade assigned. The CC mintmark is the medium style, with the C's both filled and located further to the right than usually seen. Identifiable by the dot left of the U of TRUST in the Motto for this particular reverse die. Scarce and a desirable collector grade that should please any specialist.
