- Lot 120 1796 Castorland Demi Ecu Medal, Restrike with Reeded Edge in Copper, Breen-1063.PCGS graded MS-64 Brown CAC Approved.A beautiful restrike from the original dies. Glossy light olive brown. Sharply struck, and there is evidence of having been struck at least 3 times with multiple outlines in the dentils and on some of the legends. No spots or stains, and the only marks are two barely visible scratches in the dentils above the A in AMERICANA. The bulge and die crack through the S in PARENS is clear. Estimated Value $150-UP.
