- 1801 Draped Bust Cent. S-216. Rarity-1. AU-58 (PCGS). Mostly tan in color with slightly darker brown areas near the rims and through Liberty's bust. The strike is average for the die pairing, nearly always soft on OF and the drapery lines. Early coinage of this period is quite scarce in grades even approaching mint state, and the present coin offers considerable appeal for the specialist.
