- THE GEORGE SCHWENK COLLECTION What a GREAT looking 27-D! While it is not a Full Head, it has a decent strike throughout (about 75% of the head details are visible) and there is just a trivial hint of weakness elsewhere, typical of the date. A superb luster radiates on this pastel toned specimen with a gorgeous "Easter egg" palette that is truly beautiful. Clearly this coin was lovingly cared for in an old collector envelope prior to being certified. The eye appeal is amazing. PCGS 53, NGC 42.
