The eye appeal of this highly contrasted example is very high end. Icy sleek mirrors beam boldly in the fields and contrast brilliantly against the thick frosted devices. What a great looking coin that in the old days would have been called Gem. Only 1,100 Proofs were struck. PCGS 42, NGC 31, CAC 11. There are just two in PR64+ CAM at PCGS. A CAC-approved example sold for $2,530 way back in 2011. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $3,350. A wonderful example bound for a nice collection.
