- Serial number 3. This is the first type of Lesher Referendum dollars struck, and only 1,000 were struck. This, along with serial number 5 which sold in August 2020, are likely the earliest pieces sold by Lesher. These are listed as R-6 today. This is a CHOICE AU piece with dove gray toning and swirls of lilac-blue iridescent pastel accents. Clean and pleasing this is a rare piece for the collector. PCGS 4, NGC 0, CAC 1. Examples have sold between$3,120 and $5,640 and the PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $4,000. VERY RARE in all grades, especially finer than AU55. Cert. Number 37514339 PCGS # 19000.00
