1795 Draped Bust Silver Dollar. B-15, BB-52. Rarity-2. Bowers Die State IV. Centered Bust. VF-25 (NGC). With intermingled steel-gray patina to otherwise dominant pewter-gray toning. Moderate, yet even wear has left plenty of bolder detail in the more protected areas of the design. What few abrasions are present are well concealed by the toning, giving the surfaces a rather smooth "look" for an early dollar that saw this extensive circulation.
