NGC graded Proof 63.</B> <BR><BR>Fuad was originally the Sultan of Egypt, but changed his title to king, when Great Britain formally recognized Egyptian independence in 1922. Yet Fuad was a ruler in name only, since Britain pulled the strings. Britain controlled the Suez Canal, Sudan, and Egyptian foreign policy. <BR>Estimated Value $1,500 - 1,800.
