A wonderful Cameo Proof example that, in the old days, would have been classified as a GEM. With today's more nuanced numerical grading, PCGS got this one spot on with the PR64 CAM grade. Ultra flashy mirrored fields have a bold depth of clarity. Pleasing, totally original patina enhances the bold Cameo contrast between the mirrored fields and the richly frosted devices. The eye appeal is excellent. Only 972 Proofs were struck. PCGS 21, NGC 17, CAC 3. Only a single CAC-approved example has ever sold, realizing $1,840 in July 2019 (a PR64+ CAM CAC sold in the 2013 FUN auction for nearly $2,000). The current Collectors Universe value is listed at $1,950. Fewer than a dozen examples are finer with CAC approval, clearly these are VERY RARE in CAC quality. Cert. Number 3964832 PCGS # 86541.00
