- VERY RARE, listed as R-7+ in Judd with an estimated 4-6 minted. Struck in copper with a plain edge, Liberty wears a cap with 3 stars. This coin may have been conserved long ago and it is much better looking now! You can see some reflection from the mirrors. A deep "oil slick" type of toning evenly covers both sides. The good thing: NO spots. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and do stand out. The eye appeal is pretty! PCGS 2, NGC 0, 1. None are graded higher. There looks to be an NGC coin that got downgraded that sold for $5,175 in 2011. Opportunity knocks! Cert. Number 34105177 PCGS # 60951
