- CURATED BY REAL AMERICAN TREASURE The "common" rattler holder. These were in use from late February 1986 to September 1989. A somewhat scarce Prooflike 91-CC. Reflective luster rolls with a strong brilliance. Essentially untoned with just a hint of soft iridescence. The strike is sharp overall with crisp definition throughout. The eye appeal is pleasing. PCGS 183, NGC 111. The current Collectors Universe value is listed at $1,350 and these have been selling in the $1,100 range. This rattler will delight any collector. Cert. Number 7286793 PCGS # 7207
