- Do not let the Pops fool you, this is a date/grade that does not frequently appear in auction with CAC approval. The presently offered example has a very pleasing look. Barely any perceptible wear and a wonderful satiny glow. The surfaces are richly toned and the contact is not all bad for a coin of this grade. The eye appeal is very pleasing. PCGS 1,093, NGC 2,479, CAC 113. The last PCGS/CAC AU58 to sell in auction was sold nearly five years ago! Since then, just a single NGC/CAC sold in auction in October 2021, realizing $2,640.
