(t) CHINA. Sinkiang. 5 Mace (Miscals), ND (1910). Hsuan-t'ung (Xuantong [Puyi]). PCGS AU-53. L&M-820; K-1012; KM-Y-6; WS-1293. Variety with "chahtai" on characters side and with uncircled dragon. A charming example of a popular variant of the 5 Mace issue. Mostly gray in color, the edges give way to some golden hues creating an almost halo effect. Estimate: $1,000 - $1,500.
