- 1787 New Jersey Copper. Maris 32-T, W-5100. Rarity-2. No Sprig Above Plow, Outlined Shield. Fine-12 (PCGS). 145.4 grains. Light brown surfaces with just some minor planchet flaws, contact marks, and a patch of roughness at the lower right reverse. No issues that are out of line for the grade and full detail, weakness at the horse's muzzle is due to die sinking on this later die state piece. Provenance: From the Sydney F. Martin Collection.
