- GREAT BRITAIN. Gilt Copper 1/2 Penny Pattern, 1799. London Mint. George III. PCGS PROOF-64 Cameo Gold Shield. S-3778; KM-647. The single finest certified of the type for the "CAMEO" designation on the PCGS population report, only one finer (PR 65). A highly attractive, bright and flashy example of the type displaying brilliant semi-mirrored fields with crisp frosted devices accentuated by speckled pale orange tone in the fields.
