FROM THE ISSAQUAH ESTATE VERY HIGH END. For an original Mint State Seated Dollar, the quality is wonderful! Superior surfaces appear clean and satiny smooth. Only when using a strong glass can you detect some minor and widely scattered ticks. For an 1846, the luster is above average and glows strongly from all over. Both sides are an original white mixed with original pale golden toning. We grade the reverse MS64+. Miss Liberty and the details are thickly frosted and are extremely well struck. The eye appeal is fantastic! PCGS 23, NGC 20, CAC 6. The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought only $7,638 in December 2016 (in a lower market). We placed this coin with Issaquah way back in 2008 for the price of $13,250. It is horrible what has happened to the pricing of the series because a few bad coins came to be. The current Collectors Universe value is only $9,000. We cannot stress enough how overall rare any MS64 and higher Seated Dollar is! Cert. Number 5975137 PCGS # 6932
