A lovely gem! The devices are fully struck up and the surfaces have a very pleasing look. Both sides have a light dusting of pale pastel iridescent tone. The surfaces are nearly perfect and free from any distracting marks. PCGS 101, NGC 74, CAC 38. Of the 101 examples on the PCGS Pop Report, only 4 are designated as a 66+, and as can be expected, they do not appear at auction with any real frequency. The last example sold in September 2011 for $3,220. More recently, a PCGS/CAC coin without the + realized $2,938 in June 2016. The PCGS value is $3,950 in 66+.
