详细说明: FROM THE SAND HILL COLLECTION B-15, BB-52. First year of the Draped Bust Small Eagle reverse design, and only two distinct die marriages were used to strike them. The Centered Bust, as here, has Liberty’s portrait well centered in the die, whereas the Off-Center Bust has her curls closer to the stars. Medium pewter-dove tone with moderate wear and decent enough detail to be close to VF. Scattered light circulation marks are consistent with the assigned grade. Obverse and reverse are both smooth and free of noticeable adjustment marks. Housed in an older blue tag PCGS holder, this coin is fresh to the market. PCGS 47, NGC 38, CAC 3. The PCGS price guide lists the value at $3,950. There are no auction records for CAC approved coins in this grade, which is not surprising since only 3 have been stickered. One might reasonably expect to pay $4,000 or more, which represents fair value based on this coin’s condition and appearance. Cert. Number 3475221 PCGS # 6858
