THE OGDEN AVENUE LADIES Our consignor took advantage of every opportunity to acquire the best Proof Liberty nickels that he could find. This SUPERB GEM was purchased from our September 2019 Regency Auction of the Meridian Collection, where it was described as: "This is indeed a very special coin! When it came across this desk, we had a hard time putting it down. Intense mirrors beam with a blazing brilliance that dazzles the eye. They are clean and offer bold clarity. There are 19 in PR67+ CAM, no doubt these Population figures include much duplication of submissions. This was the most recent example to sell in auction, realizing $4,700, with other examples selling between $7,500 and $10,000. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $7,500.
