- Bert Davies Collection. VAM-3, Top-100 is a spitting eagle reverse, with the obverse date set in the normal position. Given the delicately mirrored surface, the quality seems a touch nicer than MS-63 overall, since the abrasions visible on Liberty's cheek are generally smaller than usual, and the fields are nearly unblemished. Off-white in general aspect, with exquisite bands of lustrous neon sheen in the fields.
