- FROM THE CULLEN B COLLECTION A popular Hot 50 variety with RIB in LIBERTY clearly doubled, and this PQ GEM is among the top half dozen graded, tied as one of five graded MS66, with just a single 66+ finer. Blazing luster radiates with a strong brilliance on both sides. Sharply struck and untoned this generally clean example has a very eye appealing "just struck" look. PCGS 5, NGC 2, CAC 314 (all varieties). The only example we can find that has sold in the last decade brought $3,600 in June 2018, and this variety is unpriced at Collectors Universe.
