Proof-65 Cameo (PCGS). CAC. A bust of George Washington faces right on the obverse, the upper border inscribed with the motto GOD AND OUR COUNTRY and the lower border inscribed with the date 1863. The reverse exhibits the denomination 2 CENTS within a wreath of wheat, the legend UNITED STATES OF AMERICA around the border. The word CENTS is markedly curved. Struck in copper or bronze with a plain edge.<br />     Gorgeous crimson-copper surfaces with no detracting blemishes to a sharply executed strike.
