This O-103 is an old friend, having sold in our January 2019 Regency Auction, lot 162, as part of hte Sand Hill Collection. It is a very high end and lustrous example of this variety, just shy of the condition census. Sharply struck devices stand out against the fields that show a hint of flashy PL reflection, especially on the reverse. A few light scattered ticks can be seen with a strong glass, but none are distracting from the superb eye appeal. PCGS 73, NGC 43, CAC 10. This is the ONLY MS63+ graded at either service, and sold for $3,643 in the January 2019 Regency Auction. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $4,000.
