A real blazingly lustrous example! WOW, the surfaces are white hot! From a tiny low mintage of 4,800 pieces. This sultry, SUPERB GEM has a blistering mint frost enlivening the icy-silver surfaces. Mostly untoned, especially on the obverse, there is a soft crimson-violet hue around the lower reverse rim. Nicely struck up, the devices are frosty and the surfaces are very clean. The eye appeal is excellent. PCGS 16, NGC 8, CAC 14. The most recent example to sell in auction, realized $10,200 in the 2019 FUN auction and the current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $12,000. Extremely RARE any finer there are 3 in MS67+ and a pair in MS68. This one is extremely high end and worthy of a great type or date set. Cert. Number 39226510 PCGS # 6361
