PQ approved. A virtual twin to the spectacular example we sold in our March 2020 Regency Auction. This is a spectacular, beautifully toned SUPERB GEM that is tied for FINEST graded at PCGS. Like the other one we sold, this coin's visual allure is unbelievable! A bold, blazing, brilliant mint luster booms on both sides, enlivening the amazingly smooth surfaces and sharply struck devices. The peripheries on both sides are framed by a bold gold and rainbow iridescent tone. The eye appeal is off the charts amazing! PCGS 8, NGC 7. We sold the last two examples, realizing $21,738 and $34,075 in June 2019. The Collectors Universe value, listed at just $15,000 has yet to catch up to the market.
