- Radiant mint luster blooms on both sides of this brilliant Premium Gem. Light peripheral toning on the obverse and a swath of reverse toning adds a dimension to the eye appeal. Crisply struck throughout, with just a touch of weakness on the shield. PCGS 175, NGC 73. There are only 13 graded MS66+ FH at PCGS, 4 at NGC. RARE any finer! Only 30 coins are graded finer at PCGS.
