Struck with slightly worn dies evidenced by a slight lack of fine detail to the highest points of relief and some die rust which is seen under close scrutiny. Very attractive with strong luster throughout the city scene and the obverse arms. Eye catching toning with hues ranging from bright golden yellow to deep oxblood red to translucent sky blue.
