"1787" Fugio Copper. "New Haven Restrike." Newman 104-FF, W-17560. URS-10. Yellow Bronze. AU-50 (PCGS). Attractive golden tan surfaces with olive highlights and deeper toning in the protected areas. Not a true restrike but from copy dies made in the 1850s, this issue has long been collected alongside the true Fugio pieces of 1787. Choice in appearance.
