详细说明: FROM THE YOUNG-DAKOTA COLLECTION This is an incredible, SUPERB GEM Proof Barber quarter! The obverse really does grade PR67+ while the reverse is a full PR68! But the high grade is just a part of the story, the visual quality is AMAZING! Exquisite, bold, and deep mirrors beam from all over! They are extremely clean, crystal clear, and have a sensational reflection. When you twirl the coin, the mirrors look like a freshly formed sheet of ice. The obverse enjoys moderate natural pale colors of lavender, blue, green, gold, amber, and pale tangerine. The reverse is an explosion of iridescent blue, gold, amber, pearl green, and violet colors. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike and have thick frosting. They look slightly 3D. The eye appeal is super! Only 880 Proofs were minted. PCGS 15, NGC 15, CAC 7. PCGS has graded just five in PR67+. This was the most recent example to sell in auction, realizing a strong $6,463 in our October 2019 Regency Event: Exclusively Legend. Only four in PR68 are graded higher at PCGS, making this tied for second highest graded by that firm and worthy of placement in any AMAZING set of Proof Barber quarters.
