- Offshore Technician Consignment. Breen-7075. The base of the first 1 in the date shows clear repunching, with additional evidence showing also at the base of the 9 and the top of the zero. Clearly, the date was first struck into the dies with an upward slant and subsequently corrected. Faint haze alights upon the surface and induces hints of lime-green and russet-gold toning.
