- Semi-PL brilliance graces both sides of this strictly Mint State 83-S. A scarce date in high grades, this coin has a great eye appeal for the modest MS60 grade assigned by NGC. PCGS 147, NGC 119. The most recent NGC-graded examples brought between $1,080 and $1,380.
